Studer A812 MKII VU

Together with the A820, the A812 is the heir of the A80 and surely the most diffused master recorder of the series 800. Produced from 1985 until 1996 it offers all the performances of his predecessor and much more. For its control an completeness it was up to the most sophisticated requests of the world of recording; its swiftness, fluency and versatility in the management of the tape are unique and hold the lead.

It was born in a period when digital control rooms became more and more established. The A812 is still one of the most used Studer models in studios that record digital and analog, which are more present than you could imagine.

The A812 MKII VU in the version with the VU Meter Bridge performs incredibly well, the wooden side panels make it more elegant and refined than his predecessor A80 RC and make it fit also for HI Fi listening rooms.
